• Work/life balance with flexible scheduling options (as little as two shifts per quarter; full-time = 72-shifts per year)

• Low patient volume with an average of 10 patient interactions per 24-hour shift allows time for comprehensive care

• Group can support interest in gynecology with established patient volumes

• $30,000 commencement bonus (full-time)

• $6,000 annual CME stipend (full-time)

• Robust backup call group for support

• Focused scope of practice includes OB triage, C-section first assist, deliveries - no Emergency Medicine coverage required

• EMR = EPIC

• Small hospital with Level 3 Nursery and NICU

• 1,500 deliveries per year; majority of OB patients established with a private practice physician
